Legal Question in Employment Law in California

In CA - My boss pays his wife a salary and his brother an hourly. Neither of them work at all. Meanwhile he has reduced the salaries of other employees. Is this legal? What should/can be done?

Aggrieved employees are free to quit or stay, and to look for new jobs. Employers set pay, hours, duties, etc. They can reduce pay and benefits,just not retroactively.
