on call overtime
If the company requires you to respond within 10 to 15 minutes and you cant drink a beer should you be paid for that time and if so should it be time and a half if it is over40 hours in a week?Thanks Lyn

You can contact the Labor Commissioner for their opinion on such questions, they are the agency that rules on claims. If you and they think you have a claim for unpaid OT for on call, pursue it. Generally, on call does require compensation.
