Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was called into my supervisors office on Monday afternoon and told I was suspended. I was not told for how long or with or without pay. (I was in a supervisory position, but hourly wages) My boss said she would call me in 2 hours. She never called. 2 days later I was called to come in only to be dismissed.
They only paid for a partial day on Monday and nothing for Tues & Wed.

Unless you have evidence that the termination was 'illegal' such as a violation of whistle-blower civil rights laws [which you said nothing about], then you are an 'at will' employee that can be fired any time for any reason. Pay is duo only for days/hours worked.
