Legal Question in Employment Law in California

There is a chance I will be leaving a sales position before my bonus payout, which will occur in three months. What are my rights to receive the bonus? I work in California for a New Jersey company.

Company policy dictates. Check it. Seldom are bonuses paid after termination. IF you have a clear policy that indicates you are due the money in these circumstances, and you don't get paid, then feel free to contact me for help in trying to collect.
