Charging employees for credit card usage
I want to know if it is legal for a
restaurant/nightclub to charge it's
employees 3.5% to offset their cost for
accepting credit cards at their

Re: Charging employees for credit card usage
Of course not. The employees should file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner. Contact me if the employer retaliates, as that would be illegal.
