Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Childcare Expenses
I am wondering if it is legal for an
employer to pay for personal
childcare expenses with company
checks by classifying them as an
employee, without offering
employees with personal childcare
exenses this same benefit?

Re: Childcare Expenses
The owner gets to do what he pleases with his money. That's the perk of owing the company. If your employment agreement specifically provides for such benefits to be paid to you, then you could enforce that agreement.
