Childcare Expenses

I am wondering if it is legal for an

employer to pay for personal

childcare expenses with company

checks by classifying them as an

employee, without offering

employees with personal childcare

exenses this same benefit?

The owner gets to do what he pleases with his money. That's the perk of owing the company. If your employment agreement specifically provides for such benefits to be paid to you, then you could enforce that agreement.
