Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was cited for not having w/c insur even tho the employees in question are part owners. I have proof of this but they are treating me unfairly, who may I contact to file a complaint & get a fair review of my case?

Cited?? If criminal charges, then you defend them in court. If by the WCAB or EDD or other govt agency, then you fight it in a hearing and appeals. Not matter how 'cited', if you don't know all the rules and procedures in doing so, you should hire counsel. If serious about getting counsel, feel free to contact me.
