Legal Question in Employment Law in California

class action suit medeation.

If in a class action case that has numbers that exceed an excess of 120 million dollers, would it be fair to even concider a 9 million doller offer? and what should I do if my attorneys are trying to force me to except such an offer.

Re: class action suit medeation.

If YOU are being offered that much personally, not just the class recovery in which you and others will share, you'd better get a real legal opinion based upon all the facts, not a freeby anonymous uninformed guess from the web. If you don't understand the offer and the attorney's reasoning, then pay to get another opinion. Feel free to contact me if serious.
