COBRA laws

I left my position on 09/23 and still haven't received my COBRA paperwork from my former employer. Medical bills for my daughter are mounting due to an injury and former employer keeps giving me run-around on where my paperwork is. What recourse do I have against them for not getting the COBRA information to be timley?

Ultimately, the company could be liable for medical bills if they fail to comply. Time is running, act quickly to compel the paparwork. Contact me if you need legal help doing so.
