Legal Question in Employment Law in California

my company is getting sue for violations of labor codes 201,203,204,226,226.7,510,512,516,558,1194,2699,amd business and professional code 17200. First of not by me but the company sent me legal papers proposed release agreement with a settlement amount of 1650.00 dollars i have read the charges and do not understand why the company would offer me money for something i am not involved with. secondly they want me to release my rights as far as some of the things this person is suing for and i dont think that would be very smart on my behalf so i need some legal advice on what to do.

The company is trying to put an end to any claims and potential litigation. Consult with a labor and employment attorney to go over the documents and your issues. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
