if your coporate office is in another state and your employeed in california. and you work on a sunday and your a part - time employee. do you get time and a half for working on sundays?

Working as an hourly employee in CA means you are entitled to OT if required to work over 8 hours per day, or over 40 hours per week. The exception is if the company works a 4 day 40 hour week, then OT is payable after the first 10 or 40. If the company violates those rules, you could file a claim with the Labor Commissioner.
