daylight savings docking
was working when the clocks were turned back an hour. employer doesnt want to pay for the extra hour worked. says that i will get it back when the time changes again in the spring, i might be dead by then

If you worked more than eight hours that shift, you get OT. File with the Labor Commissioner if refused your pay.
