Re: days worked

Overtime is payable after 8 hours per day and after 40 hours per week. You can be asked and agree to work 7 days per week. If you are not being paid OT, then you should demand it from your employer, and if refused, either file a claim with the Labor Commissioner or contact an attorney to help you. It is illegal to retaliate against you for making the demand or claim. Feel free to contact me if interested in getting help.
