Dear Mr.Pray:

I did contractor work a company at the end of last year. But the company only paid me 1/3 of the amount. What should I do?

If you can't resolve it yourself, you'll have to sue. If it is less than $7500, do so in small claims court and take all your evidence to show the judge. If it is a lot more than that, you will have to sue in Superior Court to be able to try to collect it all, where most people hire an attorney. If serious about doing that, feel free to contact me.
