Legal Question in Employment Law in California

What should I do if I know someone has used their decease brothers identity in an EEOC case? Could I get in trouble for knowing this and not informing anyone?

Everyone has a moral obligation to disclose fraud and criminal conduct, even if you do it anonymously with a letter to the agency.
