Decreasing pay wage without notification.
I live in California and am currently work for a temp agency, back in feb. I asked for a .50 raise and they gave it to me, however they have recently decreased my pay .50 without notifing me. Is this legal?

"Legal"? Sure. It's not a crime. However, employers have the right to change, up or down, your pay, but with notice to you, not retroactively. If you can't resolve proper payment yourself, you could file a claim for unpaid wages with the Labor Commissioner if you think the rules have been violated. BTW: they aren't supposed to retaliate against you if you do complain. That would give rise to a possible new lawsuit.
