Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have been denied unemployment. My full time position was eliminated and I was offered a part time job - which I declined. I felt that it was only a matter of time that if I would have taken the part time job, that would have been eliminated also. I did not have a great relationship with my supervisor and always felt that he was looking for a way to get me to leave - and when our agency was hit with a contract decrease, my job was cut. I am now to file an appeal with EDD and am not sure what should be included in my appeal.

Only the bare naked request for appeal with a statement that you were terminated and not offered a full time job is sufficient. You'll tell your entire story at the hearing.
