Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Have I been discriminated against? I have a black supervisor and he has granted all requests from black females and when given a shift change I was denied any consideration for going to school and having the visitation of my children. This has happened before when I had car problems and called off for two days the same supervisor placed me off work for the rest of the week without notice and when I returned to work on the third day I was sent home. The reason I was given was that I was using personal business for missing work and yet he allowed the females to use personal business.

Race discrimination allegations can cut both ways. IF you have evidence [not mere speculation or gut feeling] that the adverse decisions are being made on the basis of race, then you might have grounds for legal claim and action. The burden of proof is upon you, as always with any plaintiff. If you think you can prove that, then feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
