Discrimination

Hi,

I work for a general contracting construction company, which includes about 20 men in supervisory or higher positions and 5 women. For the past two years, the men have been going on a weekend trip to Mammoth, which the company pays for including their time away from work to join the trip. The women aren�t invited to go and aren�t offered anything in comparison. Do we have discrimination rights?
