There is insufficient info in your message to offer you advice, other than to say that the law prevents discrimination against you on the basis of your pregnancy, and the law requires employers, under certain conditions, to allow you an extended pregnancy and/or family medical leave. Whether you qualify depends on various factors. Feel free to call if you wish to discuss your facts. 714-960-7584
