Drugs in the workplace

My manager asked me several times to get her cocain.After several complaints from customers and others, I brought this to the owner's attention.I was told I would remain as anonymous source. I got a written repremand I cound not sign.I was revealed as the person who told, because my boss is dating our manager. They are lesbians,I am not.After this I was denied the raise I was promised, harrassed with a sword and told I needed to quit, and finally put on stress leave by my dr.I cannot go back in fear of physical saftey.Can't get another job, ex-boss is blackballing me.This is going through work comp. Can I sue civily?What do I do, I am gonna loose my house...

Sure, you can sue. Can you win it?? Depends upon whether you can prove the facts you allege. If the only people involved are those two 'friends' [the owner and your mgr], how do you expect to do so? Did you document any of this in writing and memos to them? Anything in writing? Tell anyone else at the time?

Regardless of what you do about this, it is not likely to get you money for some time, so your finances are going to be your pressing problem. Can you expect to get witnesses to the 'blackballing'?
