Legal Question in Employment Law in California
EDD denied my benefits because of disparaging remarks made about my employer, these were remarks made after being terminated for at that time no given reason. Do i have a the right to appeal and what are my chances of this being overturned?

IF you can show there was no grounds for misconduct or insubordination firming, you'll win. Your work versus theirs.
