I will have an EEOC hearing. Does EEOC hearing have juries?
How is it different from other US courts? I have a high profiled case. I am looking for a great attorney to present me.

EEOC hearings are administrative hearing...no jury will be present..After you exhaust your administrative remedies through EEOC...you can bring civil action agaist your employer. Let me know...if I can help you any way!!!

The EEOC is not a court, by definition has no jury. Who told you that you were going to have a hearing, and when. That normally takes a 'considerable' time before occuring. EEOC hearings are certainly not 'high profile'. Contact me to discuss the risks, rewards, and costs if you want attorney representation.
