Legal Question in Employment Law in California

im employed for WIS international as an hourly employee in CA. they asked me to go to Iwoa for work for a 2 week period and say i wont get paid for being in a company vehicle from location to location and i wont get breaks every 2 and a half hours. this is all stuff i receive while working in california. to my knowledge when a california employee is working out of state the same california laws apply to that employee

They can't make you work without paying you. There are exemptions to the break period.
