What you do is you look for another job. As long as an employer is paying the minimum amount required by law, it has the right to decrease an employee's pay just as much as it has the right to increase pay, unless there is a contract that guarantees a rate of pay for a specific length of time.
The only restriction is that it cannot reduce pay retroactively or do so in a discriminatory manner. Other than that, it is time to look for a job that will pay you what you are worth.

The employer is entitled to set and change hours, duties, titles, compensation, benefits, leaves, vacations, holidays, policies, rules, etc. just not retroactively.
The employee is entitled to quit and seek new employment or accept the changes and stay employed so long as the company wants to keep them.
Your choice.
