Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Our Employee was injured at work ( it will be a year in September), we have continued to pay his medical insurance because S/Fund adjuster advised that we could be sued if we stopped. Employee is represented by an Attorney and our employee does not answer our phone calls inquiring if he will come back to work or not. S/Fund says he isn't able to work. Our Big Question is, how long do we have to continue paying for his medical?

Your insurance company and rep are supposed to be handling this, demand they do so, and demand they inform you of your rights and obligations.
