Your question is not clear. To get an 'official' answer, go to the Labor Commissioner office local to you, and ask them if you have grounds for filing a Complaint with them for unpaid wages. If they accept your complaint, then feel free to contact me for the legal help and representation you'll need in the hearings and trial.
