Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i am an employee of a rehabilitation center for the past 10 yrs. ? is: can a co-worker administer my UA to me and watch me urinate in order to prevent any tempering of specimen? This has been the case for 10 yrs and no less than 20 employees have seen my vagina?

Drug testing must be supervised to be legitimate. As long as same sex employees do the supervision, you have no legitimate gripe.
