Legal Question in Employment Law in California

an employee was terminated & made threats to the entire staff stating she was going to come back & get us all. The work environment became unsafe due to harassment & threats. I had to find employment elsewhere. Do I have a case?

If you can show evidence or witnesses to back up your claim that you were subjected to illegal discrimination or harassment based upon the civil rights laws [race, age, sex, etc], then yes, you may have a case. If you are in SoCal and if you are serious about pursuing this, feel free to contact me. It sounds like you are claiming 'fear' instead of 'harassment' though.
