employee wages
can my employer give a choice to all their employees to take a pay wage per hr cut or be terminated from the job if their aren't willing to take the pay decrease??

Is this an all or nothing to "all employees", or each employee may decide on their own? If it is on there own, absent a contract or collective bargaining agreement, most likely they can get away with it. If it is a group take it or leave it offer, and the offer is rejected resulting in the groups termination, and the group represents more than 10% of the workforce, then there is a problem the employer faces called the "WARN" act. Of course. You're an 'at will' employee. The employer can change any of the terms of employment, hire and fire, etc - "at will", so long as it is not motivated by an illegal purpose such as civil rights violation [race, age, sex, ect].
