Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My ex- employer cancelled my medical insurance as of 12/1/2010 and not 1/1/2011 which would have been correct. I left the company on 12/29/2010 and should have had medical insurance throughout the month of December. What can I do?

Even assuming you are correct, if you incurred no medical expenses, there is nothing to do. If you did incur some, then the company is liable to pay them.
