Legal Question in Employment Law in California
My employer wants to cut my pay from $150k to $60k and take away vacation benefits. If I refuse the deal, do I qualify for unemployment and how can insure I receive the $15 K accrued vaca pay I am owed? Thanks

A substantial pay cut is considered acceptable grounds for quitting, but still being able to get EDD. If you are due benefits that are not paid, then you can sue or bring a claim with the Labor Commissioner.
