To have a meal time in the approximate middle of your 8-10 hour shift, and a morning and afternoon break in the middle of those periods. Violation is grounds for legal action for unpaid OT, penalties and interest. If you believe you can prove what you say, feel free to contact me to discuss the process. If you file and win, you would be entitled to your attorney fees.
