Employer not paying salary

Employer keeps pushing off paying salaries due to money flow issues. However, thye have missed two paychecks and ogin gon third. Thye have done this before and I am unable to pay my bils because of it. They say they will process one check this week but this makes htem behind on others which i still need for bills. What can I do?

File a claim with the Labor Commissioner, and pray the company gets the money to cover the checks. Get a new job before you get laid off.
