Legal Question in Employment Law in California
If an employer pressures you to sign documents when you know they are breaking the law and you sign in fear you may loose your job later if you dont, is there grounds for suit?

If you refuse to commit or cover up an illegal act and are fired, and if you can prove what you alleged, then it would likely be a valid case. Feel free to contact me if that happens. The pressure to sign, and you signing, does not make as good a case. That would depend upon all the facts.
