Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employer recording my phone calls?

I have suspicions that my employer is recording or listening to my phone calls

based on information he has mentioned to me that I have not told him and have

only discussed on the phone. Is it illegal for an employer to record an

employee's phone calls on an office phone or on a company-issued cell phone?

Re: Employer recording my phone calls?

No. It's his phone, and he gets to listen as long as he discloses that.
