Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Our employer just told us that we can not celebrate anymore birthdays in the office. We cannot decorate anybody's workspace or bring in a treat. Is this rule o.k?

Did you think there was a law requiring employers to allow birthday celebrations? Not yet there isn't. If the employer wants to be a grouch, they have that right.
