Legal Question in Employment Law in California
My former employer has not sent my W2 and my feeling is, they wont.
1. Can I file my taxes without the W2, using only my paystub information?
2. What kind of leverage can I apply to get them to send the return? Do I contact the IRS or EDD to report this?
I would rather bypass any need for complaint and just complete my taxes. Thank you.
