Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employment Form Request

I am taking a training class at work. I requested to have copies of the training forms I signed upon completion of the training and was told I could not because it was training departments policy, however, the policy is not in writing. I am requesting copies of the forms for my personal record to have for future employment documentation or if there is a dispute about not having taken a particular training class. Do I have a right to receive copies of the requested forms that I signed?

Re: Employment Form Request

Yes, quote to your employer Section 432 of the Californoa Labor Code, which requires them to give you copies of any document you signed relating to the obtaining or holding of your employment.
