Illegal Termination

My co-worker and I decided to go to happy hour in July 2003. Durning this time an argument occured. Heated words

where exchanged. We were having drinks for three hours.

We decided to go get some food. At this time the bartendar

ask us to quite down. My co-worker was so angry with me

that she walked out. After this incident I didn't see

to eye with her. I was still professional without another incident. This went on for two months. In September

2003 my co-worker filled a police report and had me placed

on administration leave. In March 23, 2004 my employered

didn't believe my side of the story. My employered fired

me because what occurred at the restuarant.

For starters, you have not provided sufficient facts to determine what can be done. If you will send a more thorough explanation, including who is your employer, what is your job, how long your employment, what cause they stated for the termination, what the woman alleges, etc, then I could give a more informed opinion whether you have grounds for a case.

In California, you can be terminated for good, bad or no reason, unless based on discrimination and the like. Need much more info.
