Legal Question in Employment Law in California

employment law

I have been employed at a job for 1 yr and 3 months. At then end last year I noticed that a cafeteria plan was being deducted from my w-2 form that i was not aware of and that was not mentioned to me beforehand. It equals $35 a month which over a 12 month period ads up. Does this have to be provided to me in order to deduct?

Re: employment law

Deductions were listed [or should have been] on your paychecks. Complaining after a year will be tough, but try it. Negotiate.
