Employment racial discrimination and harassment

Employment Racial Discrimination/ Harassment Complaint

There has been a series of events of harassment and discrimination, which has resulted in a demotion in position, within worksite, but not within corporate.

Wanting to know if rights have be violated, and if I need

legal help or counsel.

FYI: On October 7, 2002 will be meeting with management to discuss complaint, and needing to know if I need legal counsel.

Definitely...You need a counsel. Contact me...I am in southern cal. I need to know...details about the discriminatory incidents, your work history with the employer, salary and detalied information about the employer.

harassment is not illegal unless it is based on civil rights violations [discrimination] such as race, sex, ethnic, religion, etc. IF that is the case, you need good counsel, and I would encourage you to call if interested. 714-960-7584
