Employment /Wage and Salary

Currently employeed as a Area manager managing multiple units. I supervise others that make the same amount as I do or more. Is this legal?

Of course. The company gets to set pay, hours, duties, etc. As long as you're paid as agreed, you have no gripe, other than to seek a raise.
