I am exempt employee getting paid and hourly rate. I work over 8 hours with no breaks

You can't be exempt and paid hourly. That makes you hourly. Pursue your rights under it.
You are legally entitled to morning, lunch and afternoon breaks. Denial results in you being entitled to OT, interest and penalties, and ultimately, attorney fees if you win in court.
