its about extra hours that my booss did not pay

i need information about what my last boss did to me he never paid my vacation or the extra hours that i did for him plus when i did my taxes he put that he paid worker insurrence for me which he never did so i need informaton in what can i do .

File a claim with the Labor Commissioner for the unpaid money and overpaid deductions.
