Failure of Collective Bargaining Unit to represent dues paying member

What recourse do I have when agent of collective bargaining union fails to represent me regarding grievances filed against employer?

Essentially none. IF you have absolutely bullet-proof evidence they refused to take ANY action on a valid claim, you could file in federal court against the company and union.
