What recourse do I have when agent of collective bargaining union fails to represent me regarding grievances filed against employer?

Essentially none. IF you have absolutely bullet-proof evidence they refused to take ANY action on a valid claim, you could file in federal court against the company and union. If interested in discussing the substantial attorney fees involved, and if you have such overwhelming evidence, contact me.
