my father was just terminated Saturday from his 40 year CEO role by the owner's(who passed 2 years ago)Son who wants to liquidate it. It was a breach/defamation/punitive slip up and my dad had bee guaranteed a large win
HOWEVER,,,,I have been working there for 3 years I called in today cuz I know he plans to fire me WRONGFULLY fire me the sec i get tere & refuse EDD

You have not asked a question and there is no way to know, from your posted statement whether the employer has done anything unlawful.
