Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Fed employee filed an US EEOC in SF seeks help

I am a federal employee. I filed a racial discrimination

complaint with the agency about a year ago. The

agency finally completed its investigative file.

I understood I had within 30 days to file a formal

hearing before the ALJ judge with the US EEOC.

I had done so. My questions: How long does it take

EEOC to resolve the matter? Will EEOC provide the

attorney for me if I have a good case? If not, where are

all the good attorney???

You will need to timely hire your own attorney to pursue your case in court and/or with the EEOC if you elect to go through that process. If you win, you are entitled to a recovery of attorney fees. There are time limits you must meet. Call if you wish to discuss your case. 714-960-7584

We are happy to discuss the merits of your case with you and point you in the right direction. The EEOC will not appoint a lawyer for you.
