Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i feel i was wrongfully terminated from my job and i feel that i lost alot of money working for them, i have done alot of research on this and i want to sue, do i have a case?

No one can answer your question without your providing more information about your job, why you were fired, and why you believe that it was a wrongful termination. Keep in mind that in the vast majority of situations, you can be terminated for no reason or any reason at all. The termination is only "wrongful" for the purpose of a damages claim, if you were the victim of discrimination (racial, gender, age, sexual orientation, etc.) or retaliation (complaining about unsafe or illegal working conditions, etc.)

There are no laws against 'unfair treatment' or poor management. In general, unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or fired any time for any reason, with or without �cause�, explanation or notice, other than for illegal discrimination, harassment or retaliation under the ADA disability, Civil Rights [age, race, sex, ethnic, religion, pregnancy, etc], Whistle-blower, or similar statutes. The employee's goal should be to keep the employer happy.
